One to One coaching is a powerful tool to assist busy managers of all levels.

You are able to book yourself time with a skilled coach and enjoy the luxury bouncing off your ideas, learning new skills and leadership techniques, exploring real problems you are facing in your leadership role.  Your coach will not give you answers, nor will he or she run your company for you.  What your coach will do is listen, understand, facilitate, offer ideas and help you gain clarity so that you are able to make the right decisions because you have looked at the problem from all of the appropriate angles.

You have the opportunity to discuss operational problems, people issues, employee motivation, reorganisation, and a wide range of topics chosen by you. 

Our coaching sessions are flexible. You choose:

  • Place – your office or off site or remotely by video link
  • Time – usually one hour but longer if you wish
  • Frequency – weekly, monthly or as and when required
  • Style – we like to work to suit your preference rather than to use a text book model

From then on you have someone to talk to who has helped numerous other  managers and leaders solve problems, take serious decisions, reorganise staff, implement change, communicate more effectively, improve staff morale etc.  As we say the style of the session will be your choice.  Some of our clients prefer a structured approach whilst others just need someone to bounce off ideas.  Occasionally our coach will throw in ideas to facilitate your creative thinking, but you make the decisions.  If as a result of the coaching you feel you would like to embark on a programme of consultation or training then our coach will give guidance to make sure you receive the very best professional support.  If the coaching alone meets all of your needs, then you continue until you are satisfied that you have all of the answers you require.  However, even then you have a coach at the end of a telephone.  It’s a perfect solution.
